Jillian Murphy graduated magna cum laude from the University of Connecticut with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and completed her Masters in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at the University of New Haven. Jillian has studied, worked and volunteered extensively in Cape Town, South Africa and coordinated the Honors Study Abroad Program for the University of Connecticut. She also has significant research experience and has worked with the Networking AIDS Community of South Africa, the African National Congress Women's League and the Department of Epidemiology and Health at Yale University. Howard C. Fero Expedition Leader
Dr. Howard Fero is a leadership and organizational development specialist who has consulted with government, private, for profit,and not for profit organizations. His consulting and executive coaching focus on the improvement of individual and organizational effectiveness in the areas of leadership, individual and group motivation, team building, career development, and overall organizational performance. Dr. Fero is an Associate Professor and the Director of the Master of Arts in Leadership and Master of Science in Management and Organizational Leadership programs at Albertus Magnus College in New Haven, CT. Howard is involved in numerous professional organizations and is a past president of the Institute of Behavioral and Applied Management, an international association of management scholars and practitioners. He holds a Ph.D in Organizational Behavior from Claremont Graduate University, an MS in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Baruch College, the City University of New York, and a BA in Psychology and Marketing from Hofstra University.
Expedition Leader Ron is an executive coach and senior facilitator for The Quest Group in Australia. After spending over 30 years in the field of education and training, Ron is still fascinated by how people learn and apply, and is more interested than ever in this aspect of human growth and development. Mr. Wisoky is an HR expert and experienced manager and leader, operating in Poland and Central Europe. He started his adventure with leadership when he joined IMPAC Integrated Control Systems Ltd in 1996. Mr. Wisoky has worked at IMPAC and SABMiller in the areas of Performance Management and Learning and Development. He holds an MSc obtained in Poland and he is a CIPD licentiate. Mr. Wisoky is a skilled trainer and an energetic speaker.
